When ordering opens, available boxes will use Shopify’s cart and checkout. Partner brands supply the products, with Lootbox coordinating the order and delivery experience.
Payment, delivery charges and return terms will be shown before you place an order.

Can I buy a Lootbox now?
Orders are not open yet. Mini, Original and Premium are sample previews. Subscribe using “Keep me in the loop” on the homepage for launch news.
Is a Lootbox a mystery box?
Lootbox’s planned experience is built around clear contents and value. Live listings should disclose the products you’re choosing before you buy. Current collections are illustrative previews.
Where do enquiries go?
Seller, corporate gifting and collection enquiries are emailed to the Lootbox team at hello@lootbox.my. A successful submission shows a reference number. Keep that reference if you follow up.
How do I confirm my newsletter signup?
Enter your email on the homepage, then click the link in your confirmation email. Check your Spam folder too. Your subscription is saved in Brevo after confirmation, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
What about delivery and returns?
Delivery areas, charges, timing and return terms will be confirmed on live listings and during checkout when ordering opens. A preview or enquiry does not reserve stock or create an order.
Do I have to provide a phone number?
No. Phone numbers are optional on all three enquiry forms. Your email is required so the team can reply.
